Ingredients

100% Activated Charcoal. Shell capsule: Hypromellose. Naturally free from gluten and wheat. Contains no artificial colours, preservatives, sweeteners or fillers.

Recommended Use

Adults should take 2 to 4 capsules after meals, up to three times daily with water. To support reduction of excessive flatulence, take at least 4 capsules at least 30 minutes before and 4 capsules shortly after the meal.
