At Modflex Supplements, we aim to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the information below regarding our delivery services.

ORDER DISPATCH

Orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays) are normally dispatched on the same working day, subject to stock availability and successful payment authorisation. Dispatch times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders placed after 3:00pm, on weekends or UK Bank Holidays will normally be dispatched on the next working day.
Some deliveries may require a signature upon arrival.

DPD Next Day

Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery service selected.

 

SHIPPING ISSUES

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where a parcel is delayed, missing or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we will open an investigation with the courier.
Courier investigations may take up to 30 days to complete. During this time, we may ask you to provide additional information or supporting evidence where required by the courier.
If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but this is disputed, we may ask you to complete a Denial of Receipt form together with any supporting evidence requested by the courier.
Each claim is reviewed individually. Replacements or refunds cannot normally be issued until the courier's investigation has been completed.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Whilst we aim to dispatch and deliver all orders within the estimated delivery times, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Modflex Supplements shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by couriers, severe weather, transport disruption, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
