Ingredients

Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, starch), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (from lanolin) (vitamin D), retinyl acetate (vitamin A), menachinon-7 MK-7 (vitamin K) from Bacillus subtilis natto (soy), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide). May contain milk (including lactose).

Recommended Use

Adults should take one tablet daily, preferably after a meal.

Warnings

It is recommended to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Intended for healthy adults under 75 years of age. Do not exceed the stated daily dose. This product should not replace a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children, pregnant or nursing women, or individuals taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin, acenocoumarol). Store in a dry place at 15-25°C, away from direct sunlight, in a closed container.
