Recommended Use
Mix 1½ level teaspoons of powder into at least 8 fl oz (approximately 240ml) of cold water or clear liquid. Add powder gradually while stirring. Take once daily with a meal. To avoid temperature increase of the liquid, always mix into cold liquid before consumption.
