Ingredients

Salt, whey protein concentrate (from milk, contains lecithins), buttermilk powder, inulin, skimmed milk powder, milk proteins, emulsifier (lecithins), MCT oil (70%) coconut oil powder microencapsulated with acacia gum, aromas, thickening agent (xanthan gum), sweetener (sucralose). May contain soy.

Recommended Use

To prepare 2 servings, mix 100g (8 scoops) of powder with 200ml of water or milk until smooth. Freeze for about 1 hour, then stir the semi-frozen mixture thoroughly. Return to the freezer for another hour before serving. For best texture, avoid deep freezing. The recommended daily portion is 50g.

Warnings

Do not consume if allergic to any ingredients. Store in a dry place at 15-25°C, away from direct sunlight, with the packaging tightly closed. After preparation, keep the ice cream in the freezer for no longer than 48 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.
