Ingredients

Whey protein concentrate (from milk), buttermilk powder, inulin, skimmed milk powder, cocoa (6.5%), milk proteins, emulsifier: lecithins; MCT oil (70%) coconut oil powder microencapsulated with acacia gum, beet juice concentrate powder, flavourings, salt, thickening agent: xanthan gum; sweetener: sucralose. May contain soy.

Recommended Use

To prepare two servings, mix 100 g (8 scoops) of powder with 200 ml of water or milk until smooth. Freeze for about 1 hour, then stir the semi-frozen mixture thoroughly. Return to the freezer for an additional hour before serving. For best texture, avoid deep freezing. The recommended daily serving is 50 g.

Warnings

Do not consume if allergic to any ingredients. Store in a dry place at 15-25°C, away from direct sunlight. Keep packaging tightly closed. After preparation, store the ice cream in the freezer for no longer than 48 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.
