Recommended Use

Bath: Add 250g (approximately 2 cups) of Magnesium Muscle Flakes to your bath water. Soak and relax for 20 minutes. For a more intense experience, increase the amount used.

Footbath: Dissolve 150g (about 1 cup) of flakes in roughly 5 litres of water, enough to cover your feet. Soak for 20 minutes while seated.
