Magnesium (as magnesium carbonate), Citric acid, natural orange flavour, stevia (leaf) extract.

Recommended Use

Begin with half a teaspoon (1g) daily and gradually increase to two level teaspoons (4g) per day as needed. Place the powder in a glass or mug, add 2-3 oz of hot or cold water, allow it to fizz, then stir until fully dissolved and clear. Fill the remainder of the cup with warm or cold water. Consume with or without food.
