Recommended Use

Place the powder in a glass or mug and add 2-3 oz of hot water. Allow it to fizz before stirring until dissolved. Top up with warm or cold water to enjoy. Alternatively, add Natural Calm directly to a glass or bottle of cold water. Begin with half a teaspoon (1.9 g) daily and gradually increase to two teaspoons (4 g) per day as needed. For optimal results, split the daily amount into two or three servings. Natural Calm can be taken with or without food. Increased amounts may be used during periods of stress or intense physical activity. Adjust intake based on comfort, using bowel response as a guide.
