Recommended Use

Place the powder in a glass or mug and add 60-90 ml of hot water. Allow it to fizz, then stir until fully dissolved. Top up with warm or cold water and enjoy. Alternatively, mix Natural Calm directly into cold water. Begin with half a teaspoon (1 g) daily and gradually increase to two teaspoons (4 g) per day as needed. For best results, divide the daily amount into two or three servings. Natural Calm can be taken with or without food.
