Recommended Use
Mix one serving (40g or 3 heaped tablespoons) of Protein Pancake powder with 50ml of water and let it rest for one minute. Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a small amount of oil. Pour the batter into the pan and cook each side for 1-1.5 minutes. This quantity makes 2-3 small pancakes or one large pancake.
