Recommended Use

Mix 1 level teaspoon of powder in a glass of water when needed and rinse thoroughly to remove residue. To help reduce excessive flatulence, take 1g at least 30 minutes before a meal and 1g shortly after eating. For teeth cleaning, wet a toothbrush, dip into the powder, and brush gently for 2 minutes, then brush again with water or toothpaste to remove any remaining powder. For a facial mask, combine with water or coconut oil as desired.
