Ingredients

Wholegrain oats flakes, whey protein concentrate (milk) (30%) (contains emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), ISO-XP whey protein isolate (milk) (10%) (contains emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), medium chain triglycerides (coconut MCT oil, tapioca starch), cocoa powder, flavouring, thickener (xanthan gum), sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides from stevia).

Recommended Use

Option 1: Add 1 scoop (60g) to 150ml boiling water, stir well and leave to stand for 1-2 minutes before eating.
Option 2: Mix 1 scoop (60g) with 100ml cold water or milk, stir thoroughly, then heat in the microwave for 30 seconds if desired. Stir again and enjoy.
