Recommended Use

Option 1: Mix 1 scoop (60g) with 150ml boiling water, stir well and leave to stand for 1-2 minutes before eating. Option 2: Combine 1 scoop (60g) with 100ml cold water or milk, stir and optionally heat in the microwave for 30 seconds before stirring again and enjoying.
