Recommended Use

Adults: use 1 spray daily. Each spray contains 75 mcg (3000 IU) of vitamin D. For initial use, press the pump three times to activate the spray. Shake well before each use. Spray carefully into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds before swallowing any excess liquid. Replace the cap after use.
