Ingredients

Guarana seed extract (Paullinia cupana), caffeine anhydrous, caffeine, maltodextrin, capsule shell (glazing agent hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

Recommended Use

Take 1 capsule daily with an appropriate amount of liquid, preferably before breakfast or 30 minutes prior to training.

Due to its high caffeine content (200mg per daily portion), it is not recommended for children, adolescents under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding women, diabetics, or individuals sensitive to caffeine or with hypertension or circulatory conditions. Do not exceed 400mg of caffeine daily. Contains naringenin, which may temporarily affect the absorption and metabolism of certain medications.
