Ingredients

Recommended Use

Mix one scoop (approximately 25g) with 200ml of water or skimmed milk. Take 1-3 servings daily depending on your protein needs. ISO-XP is quickly absorbed, making it suitable for use immediately upon waking or after exercise. Following training, some athletes may consume a double serving (50g) to support increased protein requirements.
