Ingredients

L-Carnitine Tartrate (63% L-carnitine), maltodextrin, capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids)], vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 0.09%, chromium (chromium picolinate) 0.01%.
May contain traces of milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, and eggs.

Recommended Use

Take 1 or 2 capsules with 300 ml of water. On workout days, consume 2 capsules 30 minutes before exercise. On non-workout days, take 1 capsule twice daily, preferably 30 minutes before meals.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product should not replace a varied diet. Not suitable for children, pregnant or nursing women. Store in a dry place at 15-25°C, away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of young children. Consume within 3 months after opening.
