Ingredients

Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, citrus aurantium dulcis (sweet orange) peel extract, limonene, ocimum basilicum (basil) oil, linalool, citral.

Recommended Use

Bath: Add 250g (approximately 2 cups) of Magnesium Mind Flakes to your bath water. Soak and relax for 20 minutes. For a stronger effect, increase the amount used.

Footbath: Add 125g (about 1 cup) of Magnesium Mind Flakes to around 5 litres of water, enough to cover your feet. Soak for 20 minutes to unwind.
