Ingredients

Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, citrus paradisi (grapefruit) peel oil, limonene, eucalyptus globulus (eucalyptus) leaf oil.

Recommended Use

Bath: Add 250g (approximately 2 cups) of Magnesium Revive Flakes to your bath and soak for 20 minutes. For a stronger effect, increase the amount used.
Footbath: Dissolve 150g (around 1 cup) of flakes in about 5 litres of water, enough to cover your feet, and soak for 20 minutes.
