Recommended Use

Take one capsule with 300 ml of water twice daily, preferably with meals. Avoid consuming other green tea products on the same day. Do not exceed a daily intake of 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate. Use for a maximum of three months. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
