Recommended Use

To prepare quickly, place the powder in a glass or mug, add about 125 ml of hot water, allow it to fizz, then stir until dissolved. Top up with warm or cold water as preferred. Natural Calm can also be added directly to a glass or bottle of cold water. The recommended daily portion is 2 teaspoons (4 g).
