Ingredients

Magnesium (ionic magnesium citrate from citric acid and magnesium carbonate), raspberry and lemon flavours, stevia. Contains no yeast, dairy, egg, soy, wheat, sugar, fructose, starch, preservatives or artificial colours or flavours. Cruelty free.

Recommended Use

Place the powder in a glass or mug and add 2-3 oz of hot water. Allow it to fizz, then stir until dissolved. Add warm or cold water to fill and enjoy. Alternatively, mix Natural Calm directly into cold water. Begin with half a teaspoon (1g) daily, gradually increasing to two teaspoons (4g) as needed. For optimal results, divide the daily amount into two or three servings. Natural Calm can be taken with or without food. During periods of stress or intense physical activity, your body may require more. Adjust intake so that bowels remain comfortably loose as a guide to the right amount.
