Ingredients

Fish oil (providing EPA and DHA), vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin E (DL-alpha tocopherol acetate), vitamin K (menaquinone-7 MK-7 from Bacillus subtilis natto), gelatin, glycerol, water.

Recommended Use

Take one capsule daily, preferably after a meal. Consume with plenty of water.
