Ingredients

Chocolate powder with no added sugar (cocoa mass, cocoa butter, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: lecithins (soy), flavouring), whole milk powder, rice flour, hydrolysed collagen 6.8%, fat-reduced cocoa powder, whole egg powder, whey protein concentrate 3.4%, whey protein isolate 1.96%, flavourings, sweetener (sucralose).

Recommended Use

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix one serving (120 g / 6 heaped tablespoons) of the baking mix with 80 ml (8 tablespoons) of water and 30 g (3 tablespoons) of sunflower oil until smooth. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes before slicing. The recipe can also be prepared using coconut oil or butter.
