Ingredients

S-Adenosyl Methionine (from 400 mg of SAMe tosylate disulfate), microcrystalline cellulose, mannitol, coating (hypromellose acetate succinate, stearic acid [vegetable source], triethyl citrate, riboflavin), glyceryl behenate, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, sodium starch glycolate. Free from wheat, gluten and soy.

Recommended Use

Adults should take 1 tablet once or twice daily on an empty stomach, or follow the advice of a qualified healthcare professional.

Warnings

Consult a physician before use if taking prescribed medications such as antidepressants including SSRIs or MAO inhibitors. Not suitable for individuals with Parkinson’s disease, bipolar disorder, or manic depression. Avoid use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
