Bulking agent (cellulose gel), magnesium bisglycinate, valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root extract, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf extract, coating stabilisers (polyvinyl alcohol-polyethylene glycol-graft-co-polymer, polyvinyl alcohol), anti-caking agents (talc, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), hop (Humulus lupulus) flower extract, rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) root extract, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Recommended Use

Take tablets daily with a glass of water according to your stress level. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
