Nutritional Values

Recommended daily dose (4 sprays): Vitamin D3 75 µg (1500% NRV), Vitamin B12 6 µg (240% NRV), Iron 5 mg (36% NRV), Iodine 150 µg (100% NRV). NRV = Nutrient Reference Value.

Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12, Iron, Iodine, Water, diluent (xylitol), emulsifier (acacia gum, sunflower lecithin), ferric sodium edetate (iron), ferric ammonium citrate (iron), glycerine, medium chain triglycerides, preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid), flavouring (natural mixed berries), thickener (xanthan gum), potassium iodide (iodine), cholecalciferol (D3), 5-deoxyadenosylcobalamin (B12), methylcobalamin (B12).

Recommended Use

Use 4 sprays daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Sprays can be taken together or separately. Shake well before use and spray carefully into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, holding for a few seconds.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Excessive consumption of xylitol may cause laxative effects. Food supplements should not replace a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
