Recommended Use

Initial use: press the pump 3 times to prime the spray. Shake well before each use. Spray carefully into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds before swallowing. Replace the cap after use.

Dosage by age group:

• 1–5 years: 1 spray daily
• 6–12 years: 2 sprays daily, together or separately
• 11–14 years: 3 sprays daily, together or separately
• 15–17 years: 4 sprays daily, together or separately
• 18+ years: 5 sprays daily, together or separately
