Ingredients

Vitamin D3 10meg (micrograms), Vitamin K2 (MK-7), Water, diluent (xylitol), emulsifiers (acacia gum and sunflower lecithin), medium chain triglycerides, acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2), natural flavouring (blueberry and bubblegum), antioxidant (DL-a tocopheryl acetate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol).

Recommended Use

Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use. Two sprays provide 800 IU (20 micrograms) of vitamin D plus 20 micrograms of vitamin K2. For children aged 1-8 years, use 1 spray daily; for ages 9-13 and above, use 2 sprays daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Warnings

Once opened, use within 6 months. Store at room temperature and away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
