Recommended Use
Before first use, press the pump three times to start the flow. Shake well before each use. Spray carefully into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use. Five sprays deliver 10 mg of Zinc. Use five sprays daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
