Recommended Use

Dissolve one serving of 10 g (1 scoop) in 200-250 ml of water, preferably using a shaker, and consume immediately after preparation. Do not consume on an empty stomach.

Avoid if allergic to any ingredients. Do not consume alongside other green tea products on the same day or exceed 800 mg EGCG daily.
