What Is It?

Ingredients

Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), iron (II) diglycinate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), filling agents (cellulose, starch, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), capsule shell (gelatine), glazing agent (shellac).

Recommended Use

Take one capsule daily, preferably during or after a meal, with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose of one capsule per day.
